We operate rain or shine because a little sprinkle won’t scare off the fish or us. However, for your safety, severe weather conditions like thunderstorms or high winds will lead to cancellations. In those cases, we’ll contact you ASAP to reschedule or issue a rain check valid indefinitely. Safety is our top priority — no exceptions.

Our expert guides will give you a full briefing and support throughout the dive. Speaking conversational English helps with safety instructions and communication during the dive.
How much should I tip the crew?
Our crew members work hard to deliver a safe, fun, and memorable experience. While tipping is not mandatory, we suggest 15-20% if you loved your trip — it truly means the world to our team. For groups of 10 or more, a 10% service fee is automatically added to ensure everyone is treated like VIPs.
